For the past 6 years in Barcelona, I’ve helped fast-paced startup Ulabox grow by leveraging multiple roles across design disciplines, and currently I'm rethinking, innovating and sustaining user experience throughout the product lifecycle at the enterprise level at AXA and Zurich.
Back when I lived in Chile I led an international team as a project manager for large digital projects at Ogilvy.

AXA One

Axa One intranet responsive redesign

AXA One is AXA’s global intranet used across 50+ countries by its more than 150.000 employees. In this project I led its latest design evolution, including information architecture improvements, navigation, and a visual design overhaul.
The redesign included a responsive layout, making the intranet available for the first time to mobile users.

AXA Investment Managers

Axa investment managers modular UI components

The AXA Investment Managers is a global asset manager for long term investing. Here, I led the full redesign of the homepage and the Fund Center. I also created a proof of concept for a microsite exploring and showcasing the CMS and framework features.

PassAXA

PassAXA authentication UI redesign

For this login platform improvement I collaborated closely with the product owner and the security team in order to strengthen security, simplify and optimize the time to login and the password reset flows. I completely redesigned the UI using the new global styleguide set of components.

AXA Home

AXA Home mobile app mockups

AXA Home was a mobile IoT app for controlling home security systems including lights, cameras, doors, alarms, and more. The project involved a Design Sprint in which we ideated, prototyped and tested new approaches for the tool. The app was used in contexts and situations where reassuring the user about their safety at home was one of the key design priorities.
For this project I created several flows and prototypes to test and iterate over the design with users and real-life setups.

Zurich Quote & Buy

Zurich Quote & Buy user flows

The Quote & Buy tool helps Zurich employees and partners to issue insurance quotes of large lines of bussiness.
This project involved a close collaboration with users, product managers, developers, and business stakeholders in order to create a standardization for all the internal quote & buy process in the company.
This new flow was created starting with wireflows, wireframes, and then a final definition of the UI, validating the design with end users.

Project focused on providing a standar insurance quote & buy flow integrated into different partner websites.
This project involved heuristic analysis and the design of a base theme that allows customizing the flow for different brands form the Volkswagen group.

Touring

Touring pricing page design

Touring Assurance is a Belgian car insurance selling website. The team works in an agile environment, measuring and optimizing every change in order to increase the product's conversion.
For this project I designed a prototype for the quotation user flows and performed end-user interviews and testing, including the usage of behavior analytic tools to measure the previous UI and validate the updated one.

ACTOR

ACTOR wireframe

An Internal tool for managing treaty reinsurance between AXA and 3rd party agents. I was in charge of the research and user interviews to discover the main pain points our users were facing. From there I defined a new strategy for the application together with the product owner and development team. Then, I worked on an overhaul of the information architecture, a simplified navigation and the revamped user interface.
We successfully managed to overcome many of the complexities of the project such as the resilience to change from some of the agents, proving the new direction was the right move for them.

Ulabox

Ulabox is a 100% online supermarket in Spain. At the early stages of the company, I worked across different design disciplines, ranging from web design and user experience, to online marketing management and analytics.

The main projects I worked on among many others were the responsive homepage redesign, and the user research for a proprietary warehouse management mobile app.

Ogilvy

At Ogilvy Chile - Mexico, I was the web project manager for Infant Nutrition Nestle web redesign in Latin America. I managed design, development and coordinated the implementation with each country involved (Mexico, Colombia, Costa Rica, Venezuela, Argentina, Chile, Ecuador). Content and design was adapted to comply with country-specific regulations. I coordinated designers, front-end and back-end developers, and journalists.
